I don't like cole slaw, but I love this! I like the combination of the sweet honey-roasted peanuts and the spicy mustard. You can throw this one together in 5 minutes! Double the recipe for a crowd.

1 bag slaw mix (with cabbage and shaved carrots)
1 package (10 oz.) frozen peas, thawed
2/3 cup honey-roasted peanuts
¾ cup poppy seed dressing
2 teaspoons dry mustard
In a large bowl, toss together slaw mix, peas and peanuts. Pour poppy seed dressing in a small bowl and whisk in dry mustard. Pour over slaw mix and toss well to coat. Serves 4 – 6.
