A homemade cake using only 4 ingredients.
2 cups heavy whipping cream, chilled
6 or 7 bananas
1 box vanilla wafers
About 2/3 cup brickle (packaged toffee or Heath bar crumbs)
Whip cream with electric mixer until stiff (no need to add sugar!). Set aside. Trim banana ends, peel, cut in half widthwise and cut each piece into about 4 slices lengthwise. Place a layer of vanilla wafers on a pretty plate. Top with a layer of bananas. Dab whipped cream over the top. Repeat about two times. Cover entire cake with whipped cream, cover with foil and refrigerate preferably overnight.
