This is more like a magic trick than a recipe. Two ingredients, twelve minutes, and you have an addicting, extra-crunchy cracker that everyone will want the recipe for.
1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese (not canned)
1 tablespoon flour
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, mix together cheese and flour. Place little piles of the mixture by the teaspoonful on baking sheets one inch apart. Bake 12 - 15 minutes or until lightly golden. Makes 30 - 36 crackers.
Notes: They store very well at room temperature in a sealed container for up to 3 weeks. They have so many uses, too: Serve with soup (especially tomato), serve with a dip (like tuna), break them in half and use as croutons in salad, serve as an accent to fresh fruit, or just eat them like chips.
