Crunchy, healthy baked apple chips - only 2 ingredients.
3 Granny Smith apples (or other firm, tart apples)
Powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Cut tops off apples, remove and discard seeds and slice as thin as possible. Arrange on baking sheets and sprinkle powdered sugar on top. Bake two hours, or until browned and crunchy. Store in loosly covered container at room temperature.
