Cream Cheese stuffed Banana Toffee Bread
          I let bananas age on purpose for this recipe!

      Ingredients
Filling: 1 egg 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature 1/4 cup sugar3 tablespoons flour Batter: 1 egg 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1/4 cup sour cream 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 2 very ripe bananas Dry ingredients: 1 cup flour 1/2 teaspoon EACH baking powder and baking soda 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup toffee bits (brickle)

      The Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter and flour a loaf pan. Make filling: In a medium bowl, mix together filling ingredients. Set aside. Make batter: In a food processor, blend all batter ingredients. Mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl, then add to food processor. Mix, then quickly fold in the toffee bits. Fill loaf pan with 2/3 of the batter. Spoon cream cheese filling evenly on top. Add remaining batter. Bake 50 minutes, or until set and browned. Freezes well.
