Crack Coffee Ice Cream
          My favorite flavor of ice cream, greatly enhanced.

      Ingredients
1 pint coffee ice cream 2 heaping teaspoons instant coffee crystals 2 teaspoons raw sugar (or brown sugar) 1/2 teaspoon salt

      The Recipe
Allow ice cream to soften at room temperature for 45 minutes. Scoop into a medium bowl and add coffee, sugar and salt. Mix well. Return to original container and re-freeze several hours or overnight. Serves (in my case) 1.
