Ingredients
1 box yellow cake mix
1 small box instant butterscotch pudding
1 cup water
1 cup mayonnaise
3 eggs
1 cup butterscotch morsels
Frosting:
6 tablespoons butter, softened
1 1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 tablespoons instant coffee crystals
About 2 tablespoons milk
Coarse salt
The Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter and flour a 9" x 13" pan.
Put cake mix, pudding mix, water, mayo and eggs in a large bowl. Mix together with an electric mixer. Stir in morsels by hand. Pour batgter into prepared pan and bakd 45 mnutes.
Meanwhile, wash bowl and put butter, powdered sugar, vanilla and instant coffee in it. Mix on low with an electric mixer and add about 2 tablespoons milk, or until it's the consistancy you want. NOTE: If you're a frosting freak, double the amounts.
After cake has cooled, frost it right in the pan. cut into squares and arrange on serving. Top each one with a sprinkling of salt.
